Paddle Stirring rotary dryer, also called paddle type rotary dryer, is equipped with a high-speed rotating paddle to enhance the crushing and separation function. When the material is broken, the contact surface of the particles is enlarged, that greatly increases Heat transfer rate and vaporization rate. According to the actual test, the per unit evaporation of the paddle rotary dryer is 25-60kg/m2, that is 1-2 times that of the traditional rotary dryer. The output has increased by 50 percent and the energy consumption has been reduced by 30 percent. At the same time, the floor space and drying potency have increased by 40 percent. It’s suitable for the drying of high moisture materials with moisture content of 50%-85%, like sludge, bean dregs, starch residue, sauce residue, sprayed corn bran, cassava residue, brewer's grains, distiller's grains, straw, and forage.
