Lube Oil Blending Drum Ovens
LUBE OIL BLENDING DRUM OVEN designed and provided by KERONE are used for processing numerous grades of automotive and industrial lubricants. We set these plants in tailor made format to fulfill the several requisites of clients. In this plant the base oil and the numerous additives and blended under hot/ cold condition depending upon the grade of oil being formulated. Finally the filling of finished lube oils into containers of various sizes are carried out. This plant is provided as a totally automatic batch process with the assistance of load cells and PLC – SCADA control system.
