A muffle furnace is a box-type oven or furnace for high-temperature applications such as fusing glass, creating enamel coatings, ceramics and soldering and brazing materials. The KERONE manufacture the muffle furnace with the outer casing made up of double walled thick PCRC sheet which is painted with attractive stove enamel. Muffle furnace uses light weight ceramic wool insulation instead of brick insulation. The heating element is made up of kanthal A-1 wires which are protected by high temperature cerwool insulation. The temperature is controlled by energy regulator fitted in the front of the furnace with two pilot lamps. The other parts constituting the equipments are pyrometer, thermometer, silver thermal fuse and main lead with power plug. It runs on 220/230 volts AC or 400/400 volts AC.
