We manufacture a broad portfolio of dog food drying systems engineered for different product types and production scales. Multi-pass conveyor dryers are the workhorse solution for high-volume extruded kibble production, offering long residence times in a compact footprint through zigzag belt configurations. For air-dried or dehydrated dog treat strips and jerky products, our tunnel dryers provide uniform laminar airflow that gently removes moisture while concentrating flavors. Kerone’s rotary dryers are preferred for raw material pre-drying, particularly for meat meals and fish-based ingredient blends used in premium formulations. Fluidized bed dryers offer rapid drying for granular dog food supplements and functional additives. All Kerone dog food dryers are constructed with heavy-gauge 304 or 316 stainless steel, equipped with explosion-proof electrical components where required, and designed to minimize dust generation and cross-contamination, making them fully suitable for allergen-sensitive dog food product lines.
