IR Flash Cure is a specialized infrared curing process used primarily in the textile and screen printing industry to partially or fully cure plastisol ink between print stations, enabling multi-color printing without smearing or color bleeding. Kerone’s IR Flash Cure units deliver instantaneous, controlled infrared heat to the printed surface, gelling the ink in seconds without disturbing adjacent colors or causing fabric distortion. Our flash cure systems are engineered for high throughput, energy efficiency, and ease of integration with automatic and manual screen printing carousels, ensuring crisp, vibrant multi-color prints with excellent wash resistance.
