A Mobile Skid Mounted Carbonization Plant is a high-tech portable thermal processing system that is used to transform organic biomass materials into useful carbonized products by means of controlled pyrolysis within an oxygen-limited atmosphere. The new equipment is also designed on a skid-mounted platform, which ensures the high mobility and easy transportation of the equipment to various places of operation where the biomass resources are active. The steel framework and the high-temperature-resistant alloy parts are heavy in construction and can be used in severe conditions with a high lifespan, as corrosion resistant treatments are also used to prevent environmental degradation.
