Kerone's industrial RTDs are designed to control and monitor the temperature with accuracy, linearity, sensitivity and stability over temperature range of 200°C to 630°C. These characteristics make the RTDs score over other temperature sensors. They are used in bearings, motors, generators, pumps, turbines, compressors and various equipments used in chemical, power, food and plastic industries etc. RTD probes are available with two to three leads for matching new or existing temperature instrumentation.

Bayonet Type Thermometers are used for sensing the temperature of Plastic Moulding Machines and applications where pressure contact with the object is also needed such as monitoring pipe line or bearing temperature. They are used in plastic industry and in applications such as Thermoplastic Extruders, Heater Dies and Platens etc.

Different calibrations available are:

Sheathed thermocouple probes are available with one of three junction types: grounded, ungrounded or exposed. At the tip of a grounded junction probe, the thermocouple wires are physically attached to the inside of the probe wall. This results in good heat transfer from the outside, through the probe wall to the thermocouple junction. In an ungrounded probe, the thermocouple junction is detached from the probe wall. Response time is slower than the grounded style, but the ungrounded offers electrical isolation.
