ELECTRIC SPACE HEATERS

Flame Proof Heaters and Safety Air Heaters are manufactured by Kerone to be used for heating purposes in hazardous environment such as zone 1 and zone 2 which are exposed to explosions. A wide range of certified models are produced for meeting various requirements. Food and beverages industries, Chemical industries and corrosive environment uses Flame Proof Heaters. Safety Air Heaters are used to heat the space in factories, godowns and hospitals etc in winter and rainy season. It is mostly used in Textiles Spinning mills.

APPLICATION : Space Heaters are used to heat the departmental air in winter and dry weather to raise the air temperature at a required level to maintain optimal relative humidity. It is also used just after a holiday to quickly maintain the relative humidity by raising the air temperature. The western countries use it for heating air during the cold season.

DESCRIPTION : Black finned electric heaters attached with a blower fan and enclosed motor constitutes the Space Heater. The heaters are metal sheathed and complete with insulation. The finned heater has extra heat dissipation space which helps in efficient heating of air. The unit is provided with wire gauze protection on both sides. The departmental air is re-circulated again and again over the heater via well designed blowing arrangement. This helps to maintain proper air circulation over the heater with adequate pressure.
