Drum
Heater has been designed to be used to maintain
the temperature of various types of pails and
drums whose fluid contents need to maintain their
viscosity and it is important to keep them in
fluid condition. Drum Heaters provide uniform
heat and prevents the sensitive material from
scorching or degrading. They come with fixed or
adjustable thermostat to be used in various applications
and also provide freeze protection. Kerone offers
a range of Drum Heaters for various applications
and usages.
FLEXIBLE MICA DRUM HEATERS  They
are made of thin metal sheath hinged to be opened
easily and provided with spring to make it hold
tightly to the drum. Each of the heaters are connected
with three meter long flexible cable which are
very strong but needs to be handled with care
to prevent any damage. Flexible Mica Drum Heaters
have low cost when paired with Jacket Type Drum
Heaters.
JACKET TYPE DRUM HEATERS  Jacket
Type Drum Heaters are the latest design to be
offered by Kerone. They are used for the drums
which are difficult to move when filled with the
material. This special design has castor wheels
which allow it to move away or towards the drum
with ease. Each half heater comes with separate
heater and separate supply line.
 The
construction of the Jacket Type Drum Heater is
made of rugged metal making it able to withstand
rough handling in day to day applications. Standard
three meters supply cable is made available with
the heater.

BASE DRUM HEATER
Ideal for removing residual
material from drums
 Base
Drum Heaters have been designed for chemicals
and adhesives which require mild heating. They
have metal construction with thermostatic control
for temperature to be maintained at 110° C.
The heat loads are kept low to provide mild and
even heating. They best serve to remove residual
materials from the drum. Standard Base Drum Heater
has a diameter of 22” and is suitable for
all types of drums. It also provides the ideal
setting for the materials which require heating
from the base.
