 We specialize in standard as well as customized Low Temperature water Bath designed to meet the specific and challenging demands of various scientists for individual and specialized research applications. They are widely used for day bacteriological and various laboratory applications which require incubation as well as general tests and various laboratory procedures such as Wassermann and Kilmer test. Low Temperature Water Baths are also used in various tissue culture applications, enzyme reaction studies, growth observation studies, fermentation analysis and other general and specialized laboratory applications.
The Low Temperature Water Baths are supplied to the Defence installations, Research laboratories, Educational institute and various Research and Development laboratories of national and international reputation.
Construction Details:
The Refrigerated Water Bath consists of double walled convection heated unit. The outer wall is made up of thick PCRC steel sheets which are pre-treated with primer for rut proofing and painted with air drying paint / stove enamel / powder coating. The inside chamber is build of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade SS 304 and there is a stainless steel rack.
Heating:
The indirect heating is provided by the air heaters made up of high grade kanthal A-1 wires of appropriate wattage. There is a uniform distribution of heat throughout the chamber by means of natural water convection mechanism and ensures a very good temperature sensitivity.
Cooling :
ISI marked high end CFC free compressors of Kirloskar / Tecumshe are used as cooling unit which meets the recent international standards and guidelines. It is installed in the carbon dioxide incubator to provide various bio chemical studies to be conducted at low temperatures.
Temperature Range:
The temperature of the standard refrigerated water batch ranges from 50? C to 850? C. The temperature capacity can be modified to suit the individual's specialized requirement.
Temperature Sensitivity:
Temperature inside our refrigerated water bath is controlled with a sensitivity of +-0.5o c or better(with PID Controller )
Front Panel:
Temperature controller, mains indicator lamps and on / off switch for heating are provided on the front panel.
Internal Capacity :
Standard 5 ltr / 10 ltr /20 ltr / 35 ltr and 50 ltr.
Note: The above mentioned sizes are of our standard refrigerated water baths. However we are fully capable to cater to demands for any customized size for any special application. |
