Our Laminar Air Flow Bench has been designed for specific process to be completely surrounded by high quality air which is completely free from any kind of particulate contamination or impurities. They are used by all applications which require the biological specimen or product to be free from any contamination during the process or test. The Laminar Air Flow Benches are enclosures which supply highly purified air moving in a single direction, parallel lines and are free of macroscopic fluctuation.
The Horizontal Laminar Air Flow unit directs the air flow in one direction, away from the specimen and towards the user. Thereby providing ultimate protection to the specimens which are prone to contamination which can be caused by the mixing of contaminated air having contaminates from outside environment.
The construction is of industrial grade wood or mild steel covered with mica sheets. A heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss-304 acts as the working board. The side panels are made up of heavy Plexiglas sheet mounted on anodized aluminium frames. The Laminar Air Flows are fitted with completely washable synthetic pre-filter units and secondary high efficiency perfect air filters made of mini pleated non woven fabric. The efficiency ratings of the filters are more than 99.69% at DOP (cold) and 99.97% DOP (hot). Differential manometer is fitted in the unit to gauze the pressure drop in the unit during the operation besides gas cook and power socket etc.
The Laminar Air Flow has the capacity to hold all suspended articles of size >0.3 microns. All the units are provided with well balanced static as well as dynamic motor along with blower motor of ISI mark. Fluorescent light panel concealed at the upper portion of the laminar air flow provides illumination of approx > 800 optimal wattage to the working table and also takes care of the sterilization of the unit. Ultra violet light is fitted in the illuminating panel for the sterilization of the existing air present in the enclosure. It ensures the standard of cleanliness in our equipment before the commencement of actual work. They are designed to have minimum
possible vibration levels and the noise level is controlled below 55 dB.
