 The environmental Test Chambers are able to create a variety of environmental conditions. They are designed to simulate temperature and their relative humidity with values above freezing point for seed germination and seed testing, biological studies, forest research work, packing and electronic specimen test. The chambers are widely used for testing electronic and electric component for corrosion test, test on packages, paints and varnishes, cement plant and variety of other applications.
The double wall exterior is made up of GI. With power coating, flush fitting insulated door has magnetic gasket. The inner chamber is made up of 304 quality stainless steel. The inner door is made up of Plexiglas which allows inspection of the specimen without disturbing the temperature. The shelf position of the tray is adjustable.
Refrigeration evaporator, heater and centrifugal forced air circulator are located in the compartment at the back of the interior for creating positive air flow through the incubator. Optimum level of temperature is provided by the hermetically sealed compressor located below the unit. A boiler with an immersion heater and water level controller to create humidity is placed in the same compartment. The humidity and temperature in the digital indicator can be set and controlled by a solid state temperature controller and digital display control.
